Edisson and his family are the third generation working on coffee in Huila. This Colombia variety is a great example of a clean cup. This complete absence of defects or taints is what distinguishes commercial coffee from specialty coffees, no flavour defects present.. It contains special citrus and floral notes.

Pink Bourbon is an exotic variety with unique attributes including a special blend of tropical and green fruit flavours, a delight to savour from start to finish. Edisson has dedicated 3 hectares to this special variety, and carries out a selective harvesting process where only ripe berries are used to provide this consistently good quality coffee.
