☕👩🍳 Hot Chocolate – Recipe for 2 cups:
• 2 cups of milk (your preference) or water-milk or just water
• 2 squares (or 3 for more thickness) of our 100% chocolate block.
• Place your chocolate and water inside a saucepan over medium-high heat.
• Stir constantly using a manual whisk or tool, milk frother, or blender/nutri bullet (if you are making loads) until the water simmers and the chocolate is completely melted.
The hot chocolate should be frothy from the constant whisking.
• Add any spice: Vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom…
• Add your favourite sweetener: Honey, sugar, maple syrup, stevia… and enjoy!

What do you do with cocoa nibs?
Nibs are most often taken straight from the packet, and sprinkled over dishes/salads as a textured garnish.
Seriously crunchy with intense flavour, and full of antioxidants!
1. Add cacao nibs to your porridge, cereal, oatmeal, trail mixes, and granola.
2. Delicious with pancakes, yoghurt, and banana with cream
3. Use them in place of chocolate chips in cookie and brownie recipes.
4. Add them to a smoothie.
5. Use them as a topping for an ice cream sundae.
